Ibiye’s work interrogates how systems of power operate within contemporary technological and cultural frameworks.
Ibiye’s past work in Sierra Leone, Nigeria, and Ethiopia investigated the dynamics of technological glitches of data, to emphasise the conflicts of infrastructure trade and uses the tools of architecture in a conflicting manner.
She is also an educator and currently co-runs a BA Design Studio called Studio Digital Native at the Design Academy Eindhoven with Rhiarna Dhaliwal and Emmy Bacharach.
Ibiye Camp holds an MA in Architecture from the Royal College of Art, London 2019 and BA (Hons) in Fine Art, University of the Arts London, Central Saint Martins 2013.
